The Tate Building in downtown Pomona is a 1930s–1940s commercial structure that originally housed the Tate Cadillac automobile dealership and the Dayco Printing company serving Pomona and the surrounding region. Arteco fully renovated the structure, converting it into retail, restaurant, and “creative office” spaces, in line with the Pomona Arts Colony’s emphasis on adaptive reuse of historic commercial buildings for arts- and design-oriented tenants. Today, the Tate Building is part of the Pomona Arts Colony, a historic downtown district focused on creative arts, nightlife, and mixed-use urban living.

The fully renovated Pomona Packing Plant has a new mission: to house the artists and entrepreneurs of Pomona's creative economy. With its soaring rafter ceilings, wide delivery doors and tough, industrial construction, the project is especially geared towards artists and companies that work with larger media, such as metal, wood, glass, printing etc. The units' open floor plans and spacious design make it both highly adaptable to artists needs, and a nurturing environment for multidisciplinary and collaborative work. It covers two square blocks at the northeast end of Downtown Pomona.

Two-story professional office building built in 1966 in the heart of the downtown district. It benefits from proximity to the governmental core and downtown amenities. Pomona pursued a major Civic Center and downtown modernization program in the 1960s, of which this building was a private enterprise part.

National landmark art deco movie palace - Pomona's most distinctive architectural icon. Located in the Arts Colony of Downtown Pomona, the Fox is surrounded by art galleries, eateries, vintage clothing shops and record stores.

The Claremont Packing House is a fully restored and re-purposed historic orange/lemon packing house found in the heart of downtown Claremont. Original features such as the sawtooth skylights have been preserved in which improvements were made to house a vibrant mix of lofts, offices, galleries, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The Claremont Packing House is now a centerpiece of community life — the largest historic building in the Claremont Village and one of its landmark attractions.
